flydocs recertify ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001
We’re pleased to announce that on Thursday 25 July 2024, we’ve achieved recertification for the internationally recognised ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 standards.
In particular, we’re proud to have enhanced our ISO 27001 to the new 2022 standard, highlighting how vital cybersecurity is across the organisation.
Following an extensive and extremely positive audit process, the certification was issued by ISO Quality Services Ltd, recognising our commitment to providing customers with the highest level of quality management, information security and business continuity as their Partner of Choice.
Jamie Hall, Risk and Compliance Manager at flydocs said “This achievement ensures that our customers can have the utmost confidence in our services, reinforcing that security remains paramount at flydocs.”
Swarna Vats, IT Security at flydocs said “The ISO certifications offers valuable and clear proof of our commitment to protecting customer data. An ISO-backed Information Security Management System (ISMS) shows that flydocs has a cyber-secure environment and takes all necessary steps to protect the business from a potential security breach.”
