To support our continued growth across the world, we have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Project Manager. Working with a highly talented group of people, you will be responsible for providing sales-related support to sales staff, completing administrative tasks related to operational activities, and implementing new policies to make sales processes more efficient. You will also manage cooperation with cross-functional teams to introduce a holistic approach to the commercial team & business.

Key responsibilities

  • Understand and lead the RFP, RFI processes to ensure clear concise data is provided to our clients and brand values are maintained. Design and manage pre-sales process to ensure customer requirements are fully understood.
  • Responsible for managing issuance of contracts within a multi-cultural international environment, including client renewals.
  • Commercial liaison to relevant stakeholders within the business and for P&L forecasting and future pricing strategies projects.
  • Primary Commercial liaison to Leadership Team.
  • Provide New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product development (NPD) training to Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Operate and quality control of company CRM system [Salesforce] and ensure best practice is being applied.
  • Implement regular meetings between Sales/Marketing and Product teams to share best practice and updates.
  • Tracking and reporting on KPIs and team activity, reviewing progress against targets for business growth and service.

Desired experience

  • Previous commercial experience.
  • Experience of end-to-end bid process including contract management & contract reviews.
  • Excellent customer facing and presentation skills for Meetings, Webinars etc.
  • Strong negotiator with strong influencing skills.
  • Be strong in people management and implementation of change.
  • Attention to detail and good copywriting skills.
  • Strong IT skills including the use of MS Office package, use of Salesforce desirable.
  • Tackles potential problems on own initiative.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Experience in aviation sector desired.
