Senior Technical Records Consultant

Team: Technical Services

Purpose of the role

Provide support to the Technical Services team through administrative tasks, on a day-to-day basis. Aircraft Asset management of our valued international customers through managing various technical records such as Job cards, Work orders, Tech Logs, Non-routine cards, EASA Form 1, ARC, etc.

How do you get to contribute to the business?

• Supporting the team on an ad hoc basis
• Records indexing and auditing
• Collect and Review/Audit various maintenance documents to prove the compliance for Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), Hard Time/ OCCM Components, Engine/Landing Gear/APU LLPs (Life Limited Parts) for Back to birth (BtB) traceability, Modifications, Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), Structure Repairs, LDND, CPCP (Corrosion Prevention Control Program), SI (Structural Inspection), etc. against status listing provided, making sure compliance with contractual return conditions and regulatory compliance requirements
• Prepare, upload and update summary/status sheet in the flydocs system of all AD, SB, Repair done or HT, OCCM, LLPs components, fitted on the aircraft, from status sheets provided by clients
• Ensure that compliance verification documents are of an acceptable standard of accuracy and quality
• Identify and report to clients discrepancies in technical records and traceability docs
• Prepare, review, finalise and validate various reports as requested by the Team Leader/Project Lead/TRM
• EOL Technical Support [CS update and final preparation for client and Statements preparation]
• Execute Lease return/acquisition project plan through continuously monitoring the progress of projects; assist and help the Team Leader/Team India Project Lead
• Independently manage (or assisted) in complete aircraft transition projects

We would be really happy if you had

Required:
• More than 2 years of progressive work experience
• Knowledge/working experience of flydocs or any other third-party records management platform
• Knowledge of any M&E software like AMOS, STREAM, MXI, TRAX, ULTRAMAIN, etc.
• Knowledge of OEM platforms e.g. myboeingfleet.com, airbusworld.com, etc.
• Possessing working experience on wide and narrow-body aircraft preferably on Airbus and Boeing
• Experience in CAMO / Asset Management or Technical Records Department
• Understanding of aircraft and acquisition/lease process
