Purpose: Managing key customer group accounts.

Key Accountabilities: Your customer net promoter score will reflect

  • Build a long-term strategic relationship with a key client group.
  • Manage relationships and interdependencies of individual companies within the client group.
  • Maximise revenue whilst demonstrating ROI for the client.
  • Ensure our clients are aware of the full range of FLYdocs products and services, including the identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaboration with the FLYdocs Commercial Team to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensuring clients receive excellent customer service.

Customer delivery:

  • Deliver in-time and in-budget product onboarding and training for our key customer account group.
  • Delivery of bespoke client solutions and customisations.
  • Management and oversight of all software product training.
  • Liaise with the Product Team to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software related issues utilising other cross-functional teams where necessary.

  • Strong IT skills include the use of the MS Office package.

  • Strength in people management and implementation of change
  • Ideally, you will have the aviation industry experience.
  • Ability and willingness to regularly travel to European destinations.
  • Multilingual skills include the German language would be of a benefit but not essential.
